INSURANCE
If you have: Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, and VA CCN (Veterans Affairs Community Care Network) plans as well as most plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA, your insurance may cover your lactation care. Please verify your insurance here. Please specify Milk in Motion as your IBCLC when filling out the request form.
NOTE: Currently TLN is unable to cover visits unless the parent is lactating or pregnant.
SELF-PAY
If your insurance company does not participate with the Lactation Network, Milk In Motion can still help! Payment will be collected at time of service and a super bill will be provided so you can submit for reimbursement.
